Are the products authentic?

Yes. SMG PLUQ inspects products, discloses condition and does not sell counterfeits. The IMEI or serial number may be checked, and known replacement parts in used devices are disclosed.

Do you deliver throughout Benin?

We deliver in Cotonou, surrounding areas and throughout Benin where a suitable service operates. Cost and timing depend on destination and package and are confirmed through WhatsApp.

How does the warranty work?

Warranty begins on the receipt date: 12 months for new phones, 30 days for used phones, and category-specific periods for other products. Inspection comes before any repair, replacement, credit or refund.

Can I reserve a product?

Yes. The period is agreed through WhatsApp and at least a 50% deposit is required. Deposit, shop-credit and deadline rules are explained in the reservation policy.

How do trade-ins work?

Bring an unlocked device with identification and its IMEI. After inspection, we confirm a final value that may be applied to a purchase, issued as credit, or paid when approved.

What payment methods are accepted?

Cash at the shop, Mobile Money Merchant, approved payment on delivery, or another method agreed through WhatsApp. Transfer or withdrawal charges are paid by the customer.

How do special orders work?

A 50% deposit is paid when ordering and the balance is due on arrival. The deposit becomes non-refundable after supplier placement. If we cannot obtain the item, it is fully refunded.

Can I pay on delivery?

Only in Cotonou, after approval and arrangement through WhatsApp. The item is released only after payment verification.

Can I return a product?

A covered fault, wrong item, or material description difference must be reported within 24 hours. The product, receipt, accessories and packaging are inspected before a decision.

Do you repair devices?

Yes. We diagnose first, provide a quote and start only after approval. Completed repairs carry a 7-day warranty under the repair terms.
